This will greatly assist in preventing duplication of instructions, payments and other matters.
Reading through correspondence and queries, not intended for a person, does use up a lot of valuable time.
It also fills up space such as our “Inbox” and Data folders on our Server, which may cause important e-mails, correspondence and Instructions to be deleted off the Server.
