Hi Ladies,
I am uncertain of the reporting hierarchy at Hanco so am hoping that you will all please pass this on to your superiors.
We bought our unit at Inyati somewhere in 2010 and ever since then, through billing queries, burst geysers, carpet replacements, general queries, etc… all the way to today where Rene wasn’t available and Mercia assisted me on a query… you 3 ladies made our life there much easier.
