Meetings

Included in our compulsory duties and Management Fee, is the arranging and attendance of:

4 x Trustee Meetings per year
1 x AGM Meeting per year.
1 x Budget/Financial Trustee Meeting per year.
The (Scheme) building will be billed separately for any additional or other meetings arranged and attended by us.
We do not arrange or attend any meetings on a Friday evening, or on a Sunday, or on a Public Holiday.
If a meeting cannot be held during normal week days, a meeting on a Saturday may be arranged in advance with us.
Saturday meetings will be considered only as a last option.
Meetings held and attended on Saturdays will carry an additional charge.
